This morning I woke up with a horrible back pain, unlike the other back pains that I have that I'm used to by now. At first I just dismissed it as the way I slept..but after a couple of hours, it was still hurting.
Elias loves climbing all over everybody, so I layed down on the floor and let Elias climb up on me and walk on my back (as he loves to do!) Damned if that didn't do the trick. I felt like a million bucks after that! Thanks Dr. Elias!
