Kings Dominion is Kings Dominion Again

Check out King Dominion's new logo they are adopting this year! Notice there is no mention of Paramount in the logo! Last year Kings Dominion and it's sister parks were sold off by Paramount to the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. Cedar Fair's flagship park, Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio has been voted "Best Amusement Park in the World" by Amusement Today magazine eight years in a row. So you know they know a little something about running an amusement park. This is all good news for Kings Dominion as future decisions regarding the park won't be made based on what Paramount/Viacom/CBS properties need promoting. Cedar Fair also knows the importance of a park's history and the memories it's visitors cherish. Perhaps over the years, some of the aspects that made Kings Dominion a unique park will be brought back to life and new rides and attractions will be built based on creativity and not lame movies like THE ITALIAN JOB and DROP ZONE! I don't expect to see a return of my beloved Smurf Mountain, but a blogger can always dream, can't he!

This year won't see any major additions to the park with the exception of a few new water slides in their water park and a couple of new shows. However, one new "rare" addition at Kings Dominion is a lower ticket price for the 2007 season. General Admission tickets sell for $44.95 this year, that's five dollars less than the 2006 season. The biggest news might be the introduction of the Cedar Fair Maxx Pass which gets you unlimited admission to all 12 of Cedar Fair's North America Amusement Parks during the 2007 season. Now while you probably won't be able to take them up on all 12 of their parks like Knott's Berry Farm out near Disneyland, CA or Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO, they do own 5 world class parks within a half-day's drive from the Baltimore area:
  • Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA)
  • Carowinds (Charlotte, NC)
  • Kings Island (Cincinnati, OH)
  • Cedar Point (Sandusky, OH)
  • Dorney Park (Allentown, PA)

That's alot of parks for only $89.95! I'd love to hit them all up in one summer, but I'll be lucky if I can make to Kings Dominion alone! Kings Dominion opens for their 2007 season on March 31.

We Ate Like Grown-Ups

Last night my wife and I slapped on some nice clothes and hit the town, sans kids, to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary. When you have three kids, your choice of restaurants when dining out is usually limited to Pizza Hut, McDonalds, and maybe an occasional visit to Ruby Tuesday. So last night while we left the kids at home with Grandma, Jennifer and I headed into the big city of Baltimore and took in a very fancy meal at the Robert Oliver Seafood Restaurant. I had noticed the place a few weeks ago when I was downtown for a show and noticed the fancy bubble wall in their bar (as pictured on the right) I thought that would be a cool place to take Jennifer because it was fancier than anything in the little town we live in and it looked like someplace they would have hung out at in SEX & THE CITY.

Inside the restaurant is real swanky looking. When we arrived it wasn't crowded at all. There was a party of about 8 in the back of the room and shortly after we were seated, WJZ 13 news anchor Vic Carter and his son were seated a few tables away from us. A few more people strolled in throughout the night, but all-in-all it was a very quiet evening.

The meal started off with some pita triangles and a selection of spreads; a black olive topinade, apple butter, and an eggplant spread. We both ordered a bowl of their Robert Oliver Seafood Bisque which was a very thin soup with chunks of lobster, shrimp, and crab and a touch of cream. The bites of seafood were fantastic but the soup itself was a little light and weak on flavor. I had a similar thin soup on a cruise ship once, so I assume thin soup is actually fancier than the soup of the day at Friendly's. After the soup, we shared an appetizer of miniature crab cakes. They were the real deal as you would imagine, served on Naan crackers (?) and with a thick lemon caper tartar sauce. There were three little crab cakes on the plate, I could have probably eaten 20 - 30 of them had it been a buffet!

The main course was fantastic! Jennifer had a large beef kabob made up of Spanish Onion marinated beef that was grilled and served with Persian rice and vegetables. I had the pan-seared day scallops (pictured) served on a lemon parsley risotto and a brown butter sauce with truffle oil. Nice! We both savored every bite of our delicious meals. Even though we were both pretty full, we felt we needed to try a dessert so we shared a flourless chocolate cake that was served with Mango sorbet and some sort of cream on top of the cake to give it moisture. Not bad!

Good Eats! Check it out if you've got $100 to blow on dinner! Robert Oliver Seafood is located in Baltimore at 1225 Cathedral St. (Today I had lunch at my favorite Chili Dog place in Gettysburg!)

Never Leave Home Without Them

Credit Cards...Shhhmedit Cards! It's important to keep vital information on you at all times, especially in the case of an emergency. That's why for the last 18 years I've been carrying around my Alf Fan Club Card and my Debbie Gibson International Fan Club membership cards. In all honesty, they didn't make the cut three years ago when I downsized my wallet, but I've still got them! I used to love joining Fan Clubs and getting mail back in the day. The Alf Fan Club came with stickers and a quarterly newsletter that I still have a few issues of. (surprise!) I'll have to share some of those at a later date. I also doubled this card's usefulness by writing my mom's work phone number on the back, when I was in high school. So, it's served many purposes over the years. When I go to a Chinese restaurant and show my Alf Fan Club Card, they know they don't have to pretend that there's not cat-meat in my entree!
My Debbie Gibson Fan Club card has always brought me a certain amount of pride, as you can see I was one of the first 500 people to join her fan club when she first became popular at the end of 1987. Before Debbie's flame of pop culture relevance burned out in 1990, her fan club boasted a membership of hundreds of thousands of members. I'm not kidding! Even if your not a fan of her music, ya gotta admire Deb. Even though Debbie appeared nude in Playboy a few years ago, she never resorted to shaving off all her hair and attacking a car with an umbrella just for attention! I told ya, that Deborah Gibson is all class!

This Is Where I Draw The Line

I have a weakness for picking up any product at the grocery store with Mickey Mouse on it. However, I'm quite sure I'll be able to resist tossing this Mickey Mouse Liver Paste into my shopping cart. Luckily, I don't do much grocery shopping in Croatia which is where this item can be found!

Short-Lived Series #2: Big to Small Screen Edition

Movies based on old TV shows often mean big bucks at the box office, but taking a movie and turning it into a weekly television series usually results in another "Short-Lived Series". Instead of commenting on all these series individually, I'll just use this blanket paragraph to describe each show:

[Stupid TV Network] brought us this show based on the [mildly popular/hit] movie. It stared [smaller stars than the original] and only lasted [a number less than 25] episodes.

Alien Nation
Baby Boom
Baby Talk (based on "Look Who's Talking")
Bagdad Cafe
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventures
Blade: The Series
The Crow
Dangerous Minds (Annie Potts substituting for Michelle Pfeiffer. I think not!)
Delta House (from National Lampoon's Animal House)
Down & Out in Beverly Hills
Ferris Bueller
F/X: The Series
Harry & The Hendersons
Herbie The Love Bug
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids
My Big Fat Greek Life (Wedding)
The Net
Parenthood
Police Academy: The Series
RoboCop
Soul Food
Tales of the Apple Dumpling Gang
Uncle Buck
Weird Science

and soon we can add to the list: Mr. & Mrs. Smith

Short-Lived Series #1

When ever we play Trivial Pursuit Pop Culture Edition, friends are amazed and disgusted by my knowledge of television shows falling under the heading "Short-Lived Series". Here's some goodies that were recently released from the dark recesses of my brain!

Wednesday 9:30 (8:30 Central) Yes, that's the name of the show. Shows with crazy titles almost never work. This one was about a crazy television network and it stared Ed Begley Jr. Wow, that's all the makings of a disaster right there! ABC pulled the show after two weeks!

The Geena Davis Show Remember when Geena Davis was in that show where she was the President and everybody thought it was the greatest show ever, for like three weeks, and then everybody remembered that Geena Davis sucks and they stopped watching the show!? Well, before that lame show she had a lame sitcom where she played a successful business woman who meets the man of her dreams and then finds out he's got kids and a house in the suburbs! Isn't that crazy!? Also onboard for this has-been fest were Peter Horton and Mimi Rogers. If you listen closely you can still hear the sound of nobody laughing! This unoriginal bomb managed to make it through a whole season before it was completely forgotten about.

Thanks This one was awesome...an anachronistic filled sitcom about the Pilgrims and their wacky adventures landing on Plymouth Rock. I remember alot of jokes about the Plague. Seriously, what are television executives smoking when they green light this stuff. No one is going to watch something like this except for me! Man, if they put this out on DVD I'm so there! This show lasted a month, and not on Fox or UPN where you'd expect something like this. THANKS was on CBS!

Talk to Me Kyra Sedgwick slums it up in a sitcom about talk radio. Frasier we salute you! Beverly D'Angelo also showed up to pick up a pay check. Both of them were back on unemployment in three weeks!

Over-Analysis of a Book Written for Six Year Olds

When you're a parent of young children you find yourself reading them the same book hundreds of times. When you're a stay-at-home parent you find yourself reading them the same book thousands of times. Once you've got the book memorized and don't even need to look at the words to read the story, your mind can start to wander. Which is why I have harshly picked apart this little 1988 Golden Book gem titled "Mickey Mouse and the Peanuts". Let's start with the way Mickey Mouse looks on the front cover. Simply put, he looks like Carl from SLING BLADE, and if you've never seen SLING BLADE go rent it because it's a good movie and then you'll also get my reference! Second of all, this book has one of the lamest titles for a book ever. Is that really the best they could do, "Mickey Mouse and the Peanuts"? Really guys...that's it!? You sure? ...and the Peanuts!? OK?!

Let's move on to Minnie in this picture. While the rest of the cast is dressed like Andy Griffith's yard boys, Minnie Mouse is sporting Madonna's "Like A Virgin" look!? What's up with that!? This book is from 1988, so even then Minnie's outfit was at least 4 or 5 years out of date! And while we're on the subject...what in the world did they put on Donald!? Perhaps he traded in his signature sailor suit for this lovely Barber Shop Quartet outfit. I'm pretty sure my great grandfather wore a shirt like that to my baptism in 1973!

And last, I'd like to share this picture which cracks me up the most. In it, Daisy Duck (who's dressed the right way) is drawn completely out of proportion with Donald. She towers over him! If you look at how their shoulders line up, Daisy would have to be 3 times the size of Donald! See what I mean...? Just nit-picking this book to death while I read it for the 9,531st time! But seriously, Daisy is like a giant in this picture! She could squash Donald!

Mickey Mouse Talking Telephone

YouTube.com has got to be one of the greatest accomplishments of mankind since the invention of the Mickey Mouse waffle iron. Over the last few days YouTube has brought me the unaired pilot episode of the 2001 revamp of ELECTRA WOMAN AND DYNA GIRL and a complete episode of the disco-filled NEW MICKEY MOUSE CLUB from 1977. One of my favorite things to look at on YouTube is old commercials. You can find stuff dating back to the beginning of television on there! Last night I found this commercial to one of the greatest toys put out during my youth - The Mickey Mouse Talking Telephone. Bob-Howdy, that toy was awesome! You could dial up your favorite Disney characters using the telephone book dial on the right side of the phone. There you could see a picture of a character and their telephone number, which if I recall correctly was only three digits. (Ah, the 70's!)

I didn't even remember this commercial, and I obviously hadn't seen it in at least 25 years or so. Yet, when I saw it last night, I remembered everything the little girl said on the phone. Creepy! And sad...because I'm sure that info is stored somewhere in my brain where something useful like math or history should be! Oh well!

The 1970's capture so well on film. Check out the carpeting in these kid's playroom. It looks like this commercial was filmed on Cookie Monster's back!

Happy Valentine's Day

Here's some more old Valentine's Day cards I dug up on the internets.

Back in the day, we were all connected by one common bond: Super Mario Bros! Who didn't love that game!? And look...Mario wants to wish you a Happy Valentine's Day too. He and his little mushroom buddy are carrying that big mushroom, just for you...while they are standing in....puddles!?! Also notice that this box comes with "two bonus cards on back." You always gave those lame cut-out cards to the two people you liked least in your class. You still gave them a Valentine - for political reasons - but deep down inside you knew their friendship was only worth a "cut-out" Valentine.

This is a great box of Shirt Tales Valentines because it features the characters from the TV show and not the lame Hallmark Cards version of the Shirt Tales where they are all artsy looking. This is the real deal right here. This package even has a card for second season cast addition Kipper the Kangaroo (bottom right.) Opposite her in the bottom left card you can catch a glimpse of Digger dressed in a coyboy outfit. That' just about one of the gayest things I've ever seen, but nonetheless you would have been scoring some big points handing out these bad boys back in 1984.

And speaking of some great TV shows, let's not forget a little show we like to call DARKWING DUCK. In fact, if these cards had come out at any other time in my life except when I was college freshman I just might have brighten up a few ladies days with a Darkwing Duck Valentine! Up top there ya got bad-guy Megavolt wishing you to "Have a Megavolt Day!" Thanks for the creativity on that one. And who can forget StealBeak down at the other end of the top row. Get it? It says "Don't 'Fowl Up'"...and he's a big chicken! That's good stuff.

There used to be a time when little girls looked up to Brintey Spears. That was before Britney used to go around town showing her babymakerto anyone who's been issued a set of eyeballs. It's too bad we'll never see 'Britney & Kevin' Valentines, but then again, we can always dream can't we!?

And here he is....my boy ALF!These Alf Valentines are awesome in every way you can imagine! Anyone who gave me an ALF Valentine could be my sweetheart for the day. If there is one way to a man's heart, it's ALF!

Be Mine, Andy Capp!

Let's talk about Andy Capp Fries because those are some good eats, my friend! Andy Capp is a miserable, misogynistic alcoholic from the Sunday comics. Who better to endorse a snack product then some creepy dude with a pickled liver and disdain for his own wife!?

Andy Capp Fries are kind of like potato chips but they are made from both potatoes and corn, plus they are in the shape of french fries instead of chips. And, they are oh-so delicious! You never know where you'll find a bag of Andy Capp Fries. No store stocks them on a regular basis. You could walk into your corner drug store that you've been going to for years and all of a sudden you'll find `em sitting there. But then when you go back to pick up another bag, they're gone! It's the mystery of the Andy Capp Fries!

Andy Capp Fries come in four flavors: Cheddar Fries, Hot Fries, Hot Chilli Cheese Steak Fries, and White Cheddar Steak Fries. (There used to be Pub Fries and Salsa Fries but they apparently don't make those any more!) My vote is for the Chilli Cheese Steak Fries. Yummy! Not quite as up there as the illusive Chilli Cheese Fritos, but they're a close second! All four varieties of Andy Capp Fries are powered with delicious artificial flavoring that leaves you licking your fingers and teeth long after the last fry is gone.

Andy Capp Hot Fries are one of the few HOT snack foods that you'll NEED to have a drink nearby! Those suckers are hot! AND...here's another Andy Capp fun fact: for a long time some of the bags listed "Zesty Ranch" as another available flavor but it was actually never produced! Well played Andy Capp! Well played!

I'd usually say "Go out and grab a bag today!" But good luck finding them! They seem to be a favorite item in vending machines at hospitals and car repair places. So...go get sick or wreck your car. Andy Capp Fries have been around since 1971 but yet they have still to find one store that will permanently carry them!

Carrie Underwood & Pac-Man

Stepping outside the world of complete crap for a moment...maybe I could love this song by Carrie Underwood a little more...?!?

However, realizing that you don't surf in here to listen to country music, I'll also post the commercial from the early 1980's advertising Pac-Man Pasta. Good Eats!

A Fine Weekend For Movies on TV

Three good movies on TV this weekend! I normally don't just point out when a good movie in on, but these three films will be getting some special treatment while they are aired this weekend. Turner Classic Movies is currently hosting their annual '31 Days of Oscar' event, where they show nothing but films that were either nominated for or won an Academy Award. At 8:00pm each night this weekend, there's going to be some films that may be of interest to some WWoB readers as each film will be presented unedited, free from commercial interruption, and letterboxed...the way the filmmakers intended their films to be seen!

Tonight is THE MUPPETS TAKE MANHATTAN from 1984. It was nominated for best score (the background music.) Now this film has been on TV dozens of times but without commercials and letterboxed, it's hard to resist! This was the Muppets third feature film and the last one made before the passing of Jim Henson. Frank Oz, the performer behind Miss Piggy, Fozzie and Animal was sitting in the directors chair by himself for the first time. He later went on to direct such classics as DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, WHAT ABOUT BOB?, and LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. For those of you that get your Muppet movies mixed up, this is the one where Kermit and his buddies all go their separate ways after college and then join back up when Kermit sells their college musical review to Broadway...and there's a wedding at the end!

Saturday night TCM airs 1954's 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA, Walt Disney's adaptation of the classic Jules Verne novel. The film took home the Oscars for Best Special Effects and Best Art Decoration/Set Decoration. This was Disney's first live action movie produced in the U.S. and he got big name stars like Kirk Douglas, James Mason, and Peter Lorre. The action centerpiece of the film is a battle between Douglas' character and a giant squid. A brand new soundstage and a special tank had to be built at the Disney Studios to accommodate the needs of the scene. All in all, it took a crew of over 100 workers to pull off operating the giant squid as well as the intense rain, winds, ocean and lightning that the scene called for. This was also Disney's first foray into Cinema-Scope, providing a picture much wider than what is typically used today. The letterboxed screening should look beautiful!

Rounding out the weekend is the special effects heavy comedy THE ABSENT-MINDED PROFESSOR which first came to movie screens in 1961. Another Disney classic, this was one of their most successful films - it spawned a sequel SON OF FLUBBER and many years later a handful of Wonderful World of Disney episodes. It was also remade in the 90's as the horrible FLUBBER with Robin Williams. Sunday night's screening is the original black and white movie with Fred McMurray as the bumbling professor who invents a bouncy, pouncy substance known as Flubber. Even though color was a mainstay of films by 1961, Walt Disney decided the special effects would work better in black and white, leaving it along with SON OF FLUBBER and THE SHAGGY DOG as the only black and white feature films Walt Disney ever produced. It was also nominated for a Special Effects Oscar.

So, find out what channel Turner Classic Movies is on your cable or satellite, pop some pop-corn and settle in for a weekend at the movies: WWoB Approved!

Dog and Bunny - 10/23/96

It's been several months since we've had a visit from our good friends Dog and Bunny. For those of you late to the game, Dog and Bunny is a lame/bizarre comic strip I co-created in college that was purposely intended NOT to withstand the test of time! If you want to check out other editions of the strip, just type 'Dog and Bunny' into the blog search engine at the top of this page!
As as always, you can click on the comic below to enlarge it!

Valentines Ahoy!

I'm learning to appreciate the cheap, crappy box of kids Valentines as a true American art form. Here's some images of Valentines that I dug up on the Internet, starting with Ziggy. What the heck is Ziggy anyway!? Was anyone ever a real big Ziggy fan? Yet, this little dude is celebrating his 35th anniversary this year!? That's 35 years of questioning signs, interpreting the word of the Lord, and taking care of the 72 different pets Ziggy apparently owns. I don't recall ever laughing a Ziggy comic strip and that's saying something because I can remember a time when Garfield was funny. For me, Ziggy's greatest triumph was a 1982 Christmas special called ZIGGY'S GIFT. But Ziggy somehow seems at home on a Valentine, maybe it's because he's already got his pants off! Ah, Ziggy. Will you ever win?

First of all, I always find merchandising based on a person a funny concept. However, if you were to get your hands on a box of Crocodile Hunter cards (and I'm sure you could at a dollar store) and pass them out today you wouldn't get to many chuckles. In fact, that would just be in down right poor taste, which is why I'm sure someone somewhere is going to do that and get themselves a couple of days detention. But seriously, what more says "I Love You" then wildlife conservation!?

What young'n wouldn't want to find a Valentine with their favorite NASCAR driver tucked inside their heart decorated lunch bag taped to the side of their desk? I bet you'd be the most popular kid at Roy Acuff Elementary if you passed out these Jeff Gordon Flashy Foil Valentines. Unless, of course, someone else in your class was giving out Rusty Wallace scratch `n sniff Valentines.

Now, I actually get the Jeff Gordon Valentines, I mean those little trailer park kids just love them some NASCAR, but was any kid really jumping up and down for joy when his mom bought him a box of Ken Griffey Jr. Valentines!?! Last time I checked, they already had cheap little cards with baseball player's pictures on them...they're called Baseball Cards!

And from the "Where Are They Now" department we have a box of Popples Valentines. Do you even remember Popples? They kind of came at the end of the Shirt Tales-Care Bears-Strawberry Shortcake-Rainbow Brite wave of characters in the 80's. They were little creatures who could roll themselves up into little balls and bounce all over the place. When there were in non-ball form they could pull stuff out of their little pouches like party hats and ping pong tables! The Popples TV cartoon was pure brilliance! I would have flipped out if I had gotten a Popples Valentine back in the day!?

Anyone out there still have some of their old Valentines?

Hey Kids! Wanna Get a Picture with Your Nightmare?

When Disney opened EPCOT Center in 1982 they decided that Mickey Mouse and the gang were not going to be found anywhere in the park. There were no rides based on Disney movies, there were not Mickey t-shirts in the gift shops, and you couldn't find Mickey and Minnie walking around the park like they did at the Magic Kingdom. Instead the folks at EPCOT Center decided to have giant dolls from around the world (like this one to the right) three times the size of an average child roam the park for photo ops! Frightening...yes! Creepy....yes! Did I mention frightening!?

Little kids can get scared enough at a 6 foot tall Mickey Mouse standing in front of them, so I'm sure these 9 foot soul-less dolls prompted tears in many kids eyes. I'm not sure what country this dude is supposed to be representing except maybe Nightmareville! Is he supposed to be from England or Germany or what!? That's my younger brother and I in the picture with the mayor of hell, sporting our matching EPCOT Center t-shirts and bottling our fears long enough for the flash cube to pop on our parents camera. This picture was taken in December 1982, when EPCOT Center was barely three months old. The giant ambassadors of childish terror didn't stick around EPCOT all that long. When park visitors were disappointed that they weren't getting Mickey in a Disney theme park...they complained. Mickey and the gang eventually showed up in silver spacesuits with rainbows on them. I know I've got a picture of that somewhere...I'll have to dig it up for ya'll!

More Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Toys

Internet searches for toys based on the Disney Channel preschool series MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE continue to be the number one generator of traffic for this website so now I feel as if it's my duty to provide news on new products in the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse line up. I snapped a pic of these new BENDABLE BUDDIES sitting on the shelf at Target. They are basically stuffed animals of Mickey and the gang. They have a wire frame inside that allows you to move their arms and feet and they will stay in place. Not too much unique here except the first chance to get Minnie dressed in her pink outfit from the show. All the other characters pretty much wear their traditional outfits, but Minnie who sports the pink dress and bow instead of her trademark red and white polka dot dress and bow. Perhaps it was easier to animate without the polka dots or perhaps they wanted to make Minnie a little more girlie!?

Mickey's Counting Glove is one of those items that went from first eye-contact to shopping cart in under 3 seconds! When you slide on Mickey's four fingered glove, you'll have to slide two of your fingers into one of Mickey's. You can go around the house and pick up or just touch things and Mickey will count them for you. He counts all the way up to 100 with ya. Or you can play a find it game, where Mickey might ask you to find seven chairs in the house. The glove has no idea if your touching a chair or an aquarium but Mickey counts along with ya and offers encouragement when you reach your goal. The third mode on the glove is Silly Sounds, instead of counting the glove makes silly cartoon sound effects when something is touched or held. Overall, it's a cute little toy even though you only get one glove in the box. They should provide a second, non-counting glove, so you can have two Mickey hands at once!

Not a CLUBHOUSE product, but still fun nonetheless is this giant box of Disney Gummi Favorites we found at BJ's this week. The Mickey Gummi Swirls have been out for a while but now they are in little .9oz bags for quick snacking or lunches. They are pretty tasty little candies with a creamy/fruity taste. The Finding Nemo Gummi Fish are standard fish shaped Gummi Bears but with a nice little squirt of liquid inside each one! Good eats! And of course when you buy them at BJ's, you get 50 little bags in one giant box!

Giraffe

My good friend Bill Rollins has produced many short films and feature length productions over the years. In fact, he directed me in the feature film PAST DEMONS which is set to be released on DVD by Glass Ceiling Studios in first quarter 2007.

Here's a short film Bill made in 2000, also featuring me. It's called GIRAFFE and it's a movie trailer for a film that doesn't really exist. But it's very funny and creative and has plenty of fake mustaches and me playing an arms dealer. (What could be more ridiculous than me being an arms dealer!?)

Note: The language in this film is a little off-color. Let's just say the 3rd Commandment is broken.

But Wait! You don't just eat this ice cream...you also get to vote on your favorite flavor, and which one will become the next American Idol Ice Cream Flavor...or something like that. Just go to Edys.com to cast your vote. And while your there, you can completely waste your time by checking out each of the flavor's bios. That's right! Did you know that Tripple Talent's hometown is Mousee-ula, Montana or that Soulful Sundae Cone's astrological sign is Capri-Cone!?! Capri-CONE...get it? Cone! Like an ice cream cone! Oh and also...Take The Cake's favorite ringtone is "Happy Birthday to Me". I'm not even sure what that means!?
American Idol Ice Cream, ladies and gentlemen! The sound you hear is the earth moving one step closer to doomsday!
